A Green Travel Plan, also known as an Office Travel Plan, Commuter Travel Plan, Green Transport Plan, or Business Travel Plan, will examine your organisation’s needs.  It will put them in the context of local, national, and international developments interacting with transport and the environment. The Green Travel Plan includes policy issues, recommendations and a strategy for developing a realistic approach within the business.

The process starts with us conducting a transport review, which together with our cost savings analysis will present a valuable picture of where you are now and what you can realistically accomplish.  There is no standard template: all our solutions come from a bespoke analysis of what makes your business unique.

To assist you in getting maximum benefit from the Green Travel Plan, we provide ideas on marketing it internally, with action points to assist in implementation of the Green Travel Plan.

Extensive research goes into producing your bespoke Green Travel Plan.  The result of which is a document 20-30 pages long focusing on the factors that matter where organisational transport needs are concerned. Recommendations are included that will enable you to start saving money and reduce your environmental impact immediately.  The Green Travel Plan will take no more than three weeks to complete, and will be delivered to you in line with our environmental policy in the form of a downloadable PDF.
