What is included in the price?
A Green Travel Plan, a template for the staff travel survey and an action plan to guide you through the first year of developing your travel plan.
How long is the process from buying the Green Travel Plan to receiving it?
Within a maximum of 3 weeks.
How do you get the Green Travel Plan to me?
In line with our eco policy, we send out all documents via email in a printable PDF format.
What if I want to speak to someone?
No problem, fill in the contact me form on the website or and someone will ring you back.
What if I want a face to face meeting?
If you require a face to face meeting we are more than happy to come to your site to discuss how a Green Travel Plan can benefit your business. In line with our eco policy we try to minimise the carbon impact of any business trips, instead using technology to reduce our carbon emissions
Do you offer any other services?
Yes we do:
1. Staff Travel Survey – We will undertake a paper based survey and then evaluate the results for you. This will better inform the package of initiatives your company may wish to implement. We offer a comprehensive survey and a snapshot survey.
2. Annual consultation to evaluate the success of the Travel Plan and provide recommendations on taking the Travel Plan forward into the next year and beyond.
Do you do Travel Plans for schools and other organisations?
Absolutely, we have the capability to produce tailored Travel Plans for schools, organisations and developers.
What do I do if I have a complaint?
Contact us if this is the case and we will make it our priority to understand your problem and provide a solution with the minimal amount of inconvenience to your business.
Is this required by law?
Travel Plans for businesses are not required by law at the moment, however if you are considering expanding your site, a Travel Plan may be required for planning permission. Developers are required to have a Travel Plan for sites over certain thresholds that vary according to the local planning authority.
